As you browse the internet or visit local agents, you will see there is no price structure like you see in your homeland, this being that even in the times we are now in economically, land in Phuket is still on the rise. Some properties that are the same or similar in size, shape and land can have a vast difference in price, once again is due to the fluctuations in land prices and when the land was purchased.
Many properties that are on the market are not from distressed sellers, so have in mind that you may not find the ‘bargain’ that you hoped for in the area that you wish to find your dream home.
